Alright, before I get down to reviewing this. A mistake that people seem to make now days is that they use their age as an excuse.

Never use your age as an excuse.
Just practice, practice, and more practice.

As for the review.
The effects and scenery is spectacular, a well deserving 10/10. As for the animation, it is sloppy. It needs improvement on how they walk and move. The characters need to be a bit sharper as well, you have Photoshop And Adobe Flash CS3, not Microsoft Paint.

About the combat and action... It needs to be a bit faster, this is Madness we are talking about after all.

This is overall a great fan-made Madness flash, it just needs work.
